Custom Orders

Here at QuelasCrochet And Design, we offer custom sizes and color picks for our items in our store. With custom size orders, there will be an extra charge on top of the base charge of the item. The extra charge depends on what you want changed. However, there is no extra charge for color changes! For a custom order, you will need to fill out a form.

REMEBER TO BE SPECIFIC! 

All of our products are made by hand and are handled with care from us to the mail, and then to you. Shipping usually takes about 5 to 14 business days, and there is a shipping fee of $10.00 with your whole purchase at checkout. 

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

Please Remember when shopping that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

There are NO REFUNDS. 

If there is an issue with your item from our store, you may send it back and exchange the item for something else in our store of equal value. Once we retrieve the item, we will send you a e-gift card by email for the amount you spent to be used on our site.
